~Our Rates and Packages~

Our packages start at $230.00. Packages go up in price depending on the size of the ensemble you choose ( string quartet, trio, duo, solo) as well as the type of package you purchase.

Every wedding is different and they all vary in length. We do not charge “by the hour” but rather by the type of package you purchase. The packages available are:

Prelude and Wedding Ceremony Only

Prelude, Wedding Ceremony, plus Cocktail Hour

Prelude, Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Dinner

Cocktail Hour Only

What is included in the price?

All our wedding ceremony packages above include a “30 minute Prelude” prior to the start of your wedding ceremony as your guests arrive at your ceremony venue, plus all the music for your entire wedding ceremony. This includes the entrance music, any interludes you would like included in the middle of the ceremony, exit music for the newlyweds and wedding party as well as additional exit music for your guests until your last guest exists the venue after the conclusion of your ceremony.

Charlotte Strings for Events strives to provide exceptional attention to personal musical planning. All of our musical programs are carefully planned and executed flawlessly for each occasion and audience.

We are constantly adding new material to our music library and we are not limited to what is on our repertoire lists. If a particular song is not on there, please feel free to ask! We love to add new and exciting music to our repertoire.
