Charlotte Strings for Events requires a signed contract and a deposit in order to reserve the time and date of an event. We strongly encourage you to request an ensemble as quickly as possible to insure priority in our calendar. Even though dates do fill up far in advance we are almost always able to accommodate short notice requests.
